▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon carbide composite ceramic, comprises (1) adding main raw material comprising 87-92 wt.% silicon carbide powder, 3-7 wt.% B4C as a sintering aid and 1-10 wt.% graphene, defoaming agent and dispersing agent into deionized water, and ball milling for 15-20 hours to obtain water-based silicon carbide slurry having solid phase content of 30-50%, where the weight of the antifoaming agent and dispersing agent are 0.5-1.5% and 1-3%, respectively, (2) spray-drying the water-based silicon carbide slurry by a spray drying process to obtain a silicon carbide granulated powder, (3) dry pressing silicon carbide granulated powder to obtain a silicon carbide blank, and (4) placing silicon carbide blank in a vacuum pressureless sintering furnace, raising temperature to 1900-2000 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, and sintering to obtain graphene/silicon carbide composite ceramic. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/silicon carbide composite ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic has high mechanical performance, electrical performance and thermal performance.
