NOVELTY - Permanent antistatic thermoplastic elastomer material includes 26-30 pts. wt. styrene elastomer, 30-38 pts. wt. filling oil, 0.5-1 pts. wt. thiol-terminated hyperbranched hindered phenol, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 10-15 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 3-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-5 pts. wt. lubricant. The preparation of mercapto-terminated hyperbranched hindered phenol includes mixing trimethylolpropane tris(3-mercaptopropionate), diallyl hindered phenol, tetrahydrofuran and triethylamine, and controlling the reaction temperature at 10°C under nitrogen protection, stirring the reaction for 2 hours to obtain a mercapto-terminated hyperbranched hindered phenol. USE - Used as a permanent antistatic thermoplastic elastomer material. ADVANTAGE - The permanent antistatic thermoplastic elastomer material: has good mechanical property, and aging resistance, but also has excellent antistatic performance. The end mercapto hyperbranched hindered phenol has not easy migration, separating out, characteristics can fundamentally solve the problem, the compatibilizer exerts good bridging effect between the styrene elastomers and polypropylene, it can form a continuous three-dimensional conductive network, with the polyether amide to exert antistasis effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing permanent antistatic thermoplastic elastomer material comprsing placing the styrene-based elastomer and filler oil into a mixer and stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding polypropylene resin, mercapto-terminated hyperbranched hindered phenol, compatibilizer, antistatic agent and lubricant, stirring for 5-10 minutes, transferring to a twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 180-220°C to obtain a permanent antistatic thermoplastic elastomer material.
