NOVELTY - High sensitivity self-sensing smart sensor comprises two cementitious-substrates, graphene paper and other auxiliary elements, and the two cement-base intermediate the graphene paper forming the sensor body. The other auxiliary element comprises a conductive rubber and is attached to the conductive adhesive of the electrode plate, and the conductive adhesive adhered to the sensor main body. USE - The high sensitivity self-sensing smart sensor is useful for concrete (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparation of the high sensitivity self-sensing smart sensor comprising placing the graphite alkene powder into sheet, drying and pressing into graphite paper, using the two cement-base intermediate graphene paper forming a sensor body, the sensor main body is adhered with conductive glue, and conductive glue layer installed with electrode; and (2) use of high sensitivity self-sensing smart sensor for concrete comprising using the intelligent sensor embedded in the concrete structure, the intelligent sensor connecting wire as the signal output source, and the other end of the lead is connected with the piezoelectricity signal collector, and monitoring the construction concrete stress and the damage condition.
