▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite fibers comprise polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and graphene oxide, where the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to polyethylene glycol is (1.5:1)-(9:1), and the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to graphene oxide is (7:0.1)-(7:0.5). USE - The nanocomposite fibers are useful for preparing a composite warm-keeping fabric, which is useful in warm-keeping textiles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite fibers provide warm-keeping fabric, which is used as external clothes to keep warm, automatically generates warm without body heat, avoids bacterial growth while the body heat is generated, is prepared by simple and convenient method, and has light weight and excellent warm-keeping effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a composite warm-keeping fabric obtained by weaving nanocomposite fibers on a spunbond fabric layer; and (2) a method for preparing the warm-keeping fabric, involving (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, (ii) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, swelling, heating and cooling to room temperature to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide solution, (iii) adding polyethylene glycol to the cooled polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide solution, mixing, heating and cooling to room temperature to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol/polyethylene glycol/graphene oxide mixed solution, and (iv) weaving the mixed solution onto the spunbond fabric to obtain the product.
