NOVELTY - Weather-resistant butyl rubber sealant comprises 80 to 100 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 80 to 100 pts. wt. tackifier, 20 to 30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 40 to 60 pts. wt. softener, 200 to 300 pts. wt. filler, 200 to 300 pts. wt. modified carbonized rice husk powder, 200 to 300 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10 to 20 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, and 8 to 10 pts. wt. phospholipid. The weather resistant butyl rubber sealant is prepared by weighing each raw material according to the composition of raw materials. The butyl rubber is placed in a rubber mixing machine to obtain a butyl plastic compound. The butyl plastic compound, tackifier, glass fiber, softener, filler, modified carbonized rice hull powder, graphene oxide, tetrabutyl titanate and the phospholipid are kneaded, extruded, and packaged to obtain a weather-resistant butyl rubber sealant.
