The second strip waveguide unit is connected with a strip-shaped output waveguide unit. The plasma waveguide unit is comprises a bottom layer waveguide unit, a lower layer graphene unit, a medium layer graphene unit and a metal covering layer. The lower layer graphene unit and the metal covering layer are connected with an external electrode. USE - Graphene surface plasma excimer 2-um-oriented band based tunable power coupler. ADVANTAGE - The coupler is simple in structure, and has less volume, high working efficiency, and ensures better external voltage regulating effect and signal intensity adjusting effect.
