▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-polytetrafluoroethylene composite wear-resistant material, comprises polytetrafluoroethylene matrix resin dispersed in graphene particles. The graphene particles are spherical or spherical graphene particles. The graphene particles are formed by graphene oxide curls, and in the graphene particles formed by the curls, nano-spherical γ-aluminum hydroxide is dispersed. The D50 of the nano-spherical γ- aluminum hydroxide is 10-15 nm, and its particle size distribution range is 1-40 nm. USE - Used as a graphene-polytetrafluoroethylene composite wear-resistant material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-polytetrafluoroethylene composite wear-resistant material has excellent wear-resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene-polytetrafluoroethylene composite wear-resistant material comprising sequentially taking 60-80 pts. wt. oxide graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. nano spherical gamma- γ-aluminum hydroxide, 4-6 pts. wt. grinding aid, mixing and pouring into the ball milling tank, at the temperature of 220-260℃, high temperature ball milling and mixing, cooling, discharging, to obtain spherical or spherical particles graphene, mixing and dispersing graphene particle and the polytetrafluoroethylene resin is 1: 10-1: 12, molding, sintering at the temperature of 370 ℃, cooling, and discharging to obtain the product.
