▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite material comprises cadmium-containing ternary semiconductor quantum dot (I), (II) or (III) and functional graphene. The composite material is prepared by dissolving cadmium, selenium, tellurium, zinc or sulfur-containing raw materials in solvent, and solvothermally reacting; adding modified distearoyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine-polyethylene glycol chloroform solution to obtain surface modified quantum dot; and adding aqueous graphene oxide dispersion with crosslinking agent and surface modified quantum dot, reacting, and adding hydrazine hydrate. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has wide range of spectrum response and extended graphene-based composite light absorption range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite material comprises cadmium-containing ternary semiconductor quantum dot of formula CdSexTe1-x (I), CdSxSe1-x (II) or ZnxCd1-xS (III) and functional graphene. The composite material is prepared by dissolving cadmium, selenium, tellurium, zinc or sulfur-containing raw materials in solvent to obtain precursor, adding into reaction vessel, and solvothermally reacting to obtain cadmium-containing ternary semiconductor quantum dot; adding modified distearoyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine-polyethylene glycol chloroform solution to obtain surface modified quantum dot; and adding aqueous graphene oxide dispersion with crosslinking agent and surface modified quantum dot, reacting to 0-4 degrees C while stirring for 10-12 hours to obtain composite ternary semiconductor quantum dot/graphene oxide, and adding hydrazine hydrate to carry out reduction reaction. x=0.2-0.8.
