▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The solar antenna comprises a graphene layer (2), where the thickness of the graphene layer is provided below one thousand nanometers. The graphene layer is covered by a transparent protection unit (8), where a surface of the graphene layer is provided between one nanometer and one thousand nanometers. An array of randomly placed carbon nanotube antennas is provided for capturing and converting the sunlight into the electrical power, where the broad spectrum of non-polarized light is captured. The array of independently controllable sections operate as a reflective or light transmitting display. USE - Solar antenna for generating the electric energy from the sunlight. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is covered by a transparent protection unit, where a surface of the graphene layer is provided between one nanometer and one thousand nanometers, and hence ensures increasing the power output of an antenna and increases the detection sensitivity of the antenna of a low power signal, and also enhances the efficiency of the overall system, thus obtains the efficient accumulation of the energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a solar unit with a carrying unit; and (2) a method for operating a solar unit. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic side view of a solar unit. Graphene layer (2) Insulation layer (4) Transparent protection unit (8) Back sheet (12) Cells (14,16) String (18)
