NOVELTY - The system has a furnace front feeding device (12) for collecting a carbonaceous mixing solid waste. A flotation separation system unit performs flotation separation to the carbonaceous mixing solid waste to obtain fine carbon powder and impurities. A flash discharge (19) device discharges the fine carbon powder to obtain a stack graphene. A plasma melting system unit heats and melts the impurities to obtain a glass melt-cured body and heat molten tail gas. A supplemental combustion device supplements combustion to the heated molten tail gas. A tail gas processing system unit purifies the gas flowing out from the supplementary combustion device (6) to obtain the purified gas. USE - Plasma high-temperature molten carbon mixed solid waste processing system for use in environment ecological and resource recycling field. Uses included but are not limited to solid waste product, sludge, asphalt and rubber. ADVANTAGE - The system effectively flotation the carbonaceous mixed solid waste, which produces high value-added product laminated graphene powder so as to effectively reduce carbon-containing solid waste recovery difficulties to reduce the generation of tar coke and greenhouse gas in the high temperature melting furnace, thus realizing high carbon emission reduction.
