▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Toughening and modifying of hard PVC comprises high-speed stirring 100 pts. wt. PVC powder, 5-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-2 pts. wt. acrylate modifier and 0.01-1 pt. wt. graphene nanocarbon material to obtain graphene nanocarbon material/PVC composite powder, rotating at 160-180 degrees C for 2-10 minutes at speed of 40-80 revolutions/minute, pressing into sheet-like composite material, and vulcanizing at 180-200 degrees C and 10-20 MPa for 5-20 minutes into thickness of 1-5 mm. USE - Method for toughening and modifying hard PVC (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified PVC has improved elongation at break and notch impact strength.
