NOVELTY - Graphene-modified waterborne epoxy coated steel bar comprises steel bar and an anti-corrosion coating adhered to the surface of the steel bar, where anti-corrosion coating is obtained by curing the water-based epoxy anti-rust paint. The water-based epoxy anti-rust paint comprises the component A, the component B and the component C. The component A comprises an aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, a leveling agent, an antifoaming agent, a wetting and dispersing agent, an aqueous coupling agent a and graphene. The component B comprises a curing agent, an anti-settling thixotropic agent and an aqueous coupling agent b. The component C is an anticorrosive filler, which is a mixture of rare earth materials, composite iron titanium powder, zinc powder and aluminum powder. The particle size of each component includes composite iron titanium powder greater than or equal to zinc powder greater than or equal to aluminum powder and rare earth material. USE - Graphene-modified waterborne epoxy coated steel bar. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified waterborne epoxy coated steel bar is environmentally friendly, has good anti-corrosion performance, and has convenient construction, and used for repairing defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified water-based epoxy-coated steel bar, which involves: (A) preparing polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, adding graphene and an aqueous coupling agent a, ultrasonically dispersing in an ice water bath, standing, centrifuging, taking supernatant to obtain a graphene dispersion; (B) adding water-based epoxy resin emulsion to the graphene dispersion to obtain a mixed liquid, followed by adding an antifoaming agent, a wetting and dispersing agent, a leveling agent, and mixing to obtain component A; (C) adding anti-settling thixotropic agent and an aqueous coupling agent b to the modified polyamine curing agent in sequence, and mixing to obtain component B; (D) mixing zinc powder, aluminum powder, rare earth powder, composite iron titanium powder, and mixing to obtain a component C; (E) mixing three components A, B and C in proportion, and then adding appropriate amount of water to adjust the viscosity to obtain the aqueous epoxy antirust coating; (F) cleaning surface of the steel bar by sand blasting and make the surface roughness of the steel bar reach 460-100 micrometer; (G) removing surface dust and clean the oil surface of the steel bar with ethanol; and (H) coating treated steel surface with water-based epoxy anti-rust paint, and is solidifying under the environment of relative humidity 5 plus minus 5%, temperature 25 plus minus 2 C, and coating steel bars to obtained final product.
