NOVELTY - Rubber materials comprises 100 pts. wt. fluorine rubber original rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. paraffin, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. oleic acid diethanolamine borate, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 8-10 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 25 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. modified hybrid filler and 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, where, the preparation method of modified hybrid filler including dispersing the mercapto hybrid filler in xylene, adding allyl diphenylamine and cardanol, after stirring, blow nitrogen, heating the temperature to 40℃, adding triethylamine, continuously heating to 130-140℃, stirring and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain a modified hybrid filler. USE - The rubber material is useful for automobile gearbox oil seal. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has improves the aging resistance of the rubber material due to the introduction of cardanol and allyl diphenylamine, increases the service life of the oil seal rubber material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rubber material comprising placing the fluorine rubber raw rubber on the open mill, rolling for 10-15 minutes, and placing in the internal mixer, adding the remaining raw materials for sulfur removal, mixing uniformly, discharging, and allowing to stand for 12-36 hours, placing in an open mill, adding sulfur for vulcanization, and obtain a rubber material for an automobile transmission oil seal.
