▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An inorganic nanoparticle modified hydrogel is prepared by: (1) mixing a siloxane compound (1) and inorganic nanoparticle containing hydroxyl group on the surface in water, hydrolyzing compound (1), and condensing silanol groups in the hydrolyzed product and the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the inorganic nanoparticles; and (2) mixing the system obtained in step (1), an oxidizing agent and a polymerization monomer, forming a redox initiation system using the unhydrolyzed silicon-nitrogen bond in the system obtained in step (1) and the oxidizing agent, and triggering polymerization of the monomer. The oxidizing agent is persulfate or water-soluble iron salt. USE - Inorganic nanoparticle modified hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic nanoparticle modified hydrogel has self-repairing property, and excellent fatigue resistance due to the reversible covalent bond silicon-oxygen-silicon in the hydrogel. Portion of the uncrosslinked silanol is associated through hydrogen bonds, which can endow the hydrogel with excellent adhesion property. Unique elastic spider web structure is formed between the nanoparticles and the polymer network. The covalently linked nanoparticles and the elastic polymer network endow the hydrogel with excellent mechanical strength and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An inorganic nanoparticle modified hydrogel is prepared by: (1) mixing a siloxane compound of formula (1) and inorganic nanoparticle containing hydroxyl group on the surface in water, hydrolyzing compound (1), and condensing silanol groups in the hydrolyzed product and the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the inorganic nanoparticles; and (2) mixing the system obtained in step (1), an oxidizing agent and a polymerization monomer, forming a redox initiation system using the unhydrolyzed silicon-nitrogen bond in the system obtained in step (1) and the oxidizing agent, and triggering polymerization of the monomer. The oxidizing agent is persulfate or water-soluble iron salt. R1-R3, R10-R12 = 1-5C alkyl; R4, R5= 3-6C alkylene; and R6-R9= methyl, ethyl or propyl.
