NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene comprises using nano-structured dielectric material e.g. porous alumina or semiconductor material e.g. nano-silicon powder or nano-diamond powder as substrate; growing three-dimensional diamond-like carbon film or three-dimensional amorphous carbon on substrate membranes including nanotubes; and growing three-dimensional diamond-like carbon film or three-dimensional amorphous carbon film including nanotubes on substrate is grown in same growth step or in next process, annealing, and heating at 1000-2000 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene used as electrode of super capacitor (claimed) or capacitive molecular detector. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high quality, and large surface area. The method does not need addition of catalyst. It has short preparation time, and low cost.
