NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally friendly and waterproof corrugated carton comprises (i) crushing recycled waste paper, adding warm water into stirrer, stirring, preparing slurry, filtering, and removing large particle impurities to obtain pulp; (ii) dispersing amino cellulose into sodium hydroxide solution, mixing, adding urea solution, stirring, centrifuging to obtain amino cellulose solution, adding amino cellulose solution, mixing, adding ethanol solution, subjecting to solid-liquid separation, and washing to obtain composite pulp; (iii) dehydrating the composite pulp, and using pulp distributor; (iv) drying pulp; (v) pressing corrugated raw paper to obtain corrugated paper; (vi) spraying reinforcing glue corrugated paper in the step (v), spraying corrugated paper for reinforcing glue treatment; (vii) placing corrugated paper into a drying device for drying; (viii) combining bonding paper and corrugated base paper; and (ix) taking corrugated plate, pressing and forming. USE - The method is useful for preparing environmentally friendly and waterproof corrugated carton. ADVANTAGE - The method improves strength and wear-resistance of the product and ensures waterproof performance by arranging a waterproof layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing environmentally friendly and waterproof corrugated carton comprises (i) crushing the recycled waste paper by a crusher, placing into a stirrer, adding warm water into the stirrer, stirring, preparing slurry with uniform texture, filtering the slurry by filter screen, and removing large particle impurities to obtain pulp; (ii) dispersing amino cellulose into sodium hydroxide solution under ice water bath condition, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding urea solution, acutely stirring until the solution is transparent, centrifuging and taking the supernatant to obtain amino cellulose solution, adding amino cellulose solution obtained in step (i) for solution blending in the pulp, uniformly mixing, slowly adding ethanol solution to dilute under the stirring condition, allowing to stand for overnight, subjecting to solid-liquid separation, soaking and washing with deionized water to obtain composite pulp; (iii) dehydrating the composite pulp obtained in step (ii), and using the pulp distributor to respectively discarding out the pulp distribution to the dehydrated pulp; (iv) drying the pulp finished in the step (iii) to prepare corrugated paper; (v) pressing the corrugated raw paper by corrugated roller to roll to obtain corrugated paper; (vi) spraying reinforcing glue on the top and bottom of the corrugated paper in the step (v), spraying the top and/or bottom of the corrugated paper in the step (iv) for reinforcing glue treatment; (vii) placing the corrugated paper in the step (vi) and the corrugated raw paper into a drying device for drying; (viii) combining the bonding paper in the step (vii) and the corrugated base paper are combined according to the designed combination way and bonded by the adhesive to obtain corrugated board; and (ix) taking the corrugated plate in the step (viii) using electrostatic adsorption machine to absorb the dust, then the surface bonding the waterproof layer, pressing and forming.
