NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate formed with silicon dioxide or semiconductor material. A surface of the substrate is provided with a nano-diffraction grating array structure that is paved with a single graphene layer. Width of a y-axis grating array is detected. The nano-diffraction grating array structure is extended along an x-axis direction with grating period, duty cycle and grating height. A grating array writing air groove is formed on the silicon dioxide substrate surface. USE - Graphene surface dispersion Airy beam generator array grating excitation structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has high Airy beam generator mode binding ability and wide application range, and can ensure long beam propagation distance, graphene tunability and material flexibility, better dynamic regulating performance and easy operation, and realizes generator working operation with infrared band and sensitive waveband in an effective manner.
