NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorinated-graphene electrode active material involves weighing fluorinated-graphite raw material, adding to cationic surfactant aqueous solution, mixing to obtain fluorinated-graphite dispersion, subjecting the fluorinated graphite-dispersion and zirconia balls to sand grinding process, leaving still for 12-24 hours to obtain fluorinated-graphene solution, adding ethanol to the fluorinated-graphene solution, mixing, centrifuging for 4-8 times removing the supernatant, suction filtering and washing with deionized water, freezing and drying. The mass ratio of the fluorinated graphite to the cationic surfactant is 1.2-1.6. USE - Preparation of fluorinated-graphene electrode active material for fluorinated-graphene lithium battery (all claimed) used in heart pacemaker, electronic device, chip reader-writer, clock, calculator, automobile high definition camera, single soldier system, military and aerospace application. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, environmentally-friendly and controllable, and does not use a strong acid and a strong oxidant, and produces product with high yield, excellent performance, small particle size, thin sheet layer and large specific surface area, which improves electron transfer and ion transport during the discharge process, thereby effectively reducing polarization and improving the discharge voltage platform and power rate performance of battery, and is suitable for large-scale production.
