NOVELTY - Preparation of high-purity graphene involves (1) heating the waste mixture whose main composition is a carbon-containing polymer to obtain an intermediate product, (2) subjecting the intermediate product obtained in step (1) to laser scanning processing to prepare a mixture of multi-layer graphene and porous nano-graphite, (3) ultrasonic stirring the mixture obtained in step (2) to obtain powdered graphene, (4) placing the powdered graphene obtained in step (3) into a two-phase liquid and performing ultrasonic vibration. USE - Preparation of high-purity graphene used in preparation of electrode and anticorrosive coating of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method improves the preparation scale and output of graphene, and is used for large-scale preparation of graphene. The raw material is garbage plastic, the cost is low, and the output is large. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a mixture of multilayer graphene and porous nano graphite obtained in step (2), and the powdered graphene obtained in step (3).
