NOVELTY - Inductive heating graphene forming apparatus comprises a dielectric tube (140), an induction heating coil (120) disposed around the dielectric tube, an alternating current power supply (130) for providing alternating current on the induction heating coil, a heating block (110) disposed within the dielectric tube, and inductive heated by the induction heating coil, and a metal catalyst disposed on the heating block and heated by the induction heating coil to maintain liquid phase. The heating block is provided with eddy current which forms closed loop. USE - Used as inductive heating graphene forming apparatus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Inductive heating graphene forming apparatus comprises a dielectric tube (140), an induction heating coil (120) disposed around the dielectric tube, an alternating current power supply (130) for providing alternating current power on the induction heating coil, a heating block (110) disposed within the dielectric tube, and inductive heated by the induction heating coil, and a metal catalyst disposed on the heating block and heated by the induction heating coil to maintain in liquid phase. The heating block is provided with eddy current which forms closed loop. The dielectric tube is provided with the carbon-containing gas which forms graphene on the metal catalyst. The heating block is provided with a secondary heating unit including a trench formed on the surface extended as the first direction, and a plate-like main heating unit disposed on the trench. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for forming inductive heating graphene, comprising (a) providing the metal catalyst in the heating block, (b) heating the heating block using induced electric field of the induction heating coil, (c) forming a metal catalyst layer by melting the metal catalyst, (d) activating the carbon-containing gas, (e) providing the carbon-containing gas to the metal catalyst layer, and (f) forming a graphene on the metallic catalyst layer by cooling the metal catalyst. The secondary heating unit and the main heating unit are connected electrically in series. The melting temperature of the metal catalyst layer is 200 degrees C.
