NOVELTY - Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) yoga mat foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. TPE elastomer, 20 pts. wt. PP, 20 pts. wt. nylon, 20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol resin, 5 pts. wt. white oil, 0.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3 pts. wt. blending agent and 5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Used as TPE yoga mat foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the TPE yoga mat foam material, comprising (i) mixing the TPE elastomer and white oil in a high speed mixer; (ii) adding PP, nylon, polyvinyl alcohol resin, zinc oxide and dicumyl peroxide into the mixer, and mixing to obtain a premix; (iii) adding the premix obtained in step (iii) into the twin-screw extruder, and extrusion granulating to obtain masterbatch; (iv) adding masterbatch, antibacterial agent, modified graphene, blending agent, foaming agent into the mixer, mixing to obtain a chemically foamed TPE material mixture, adding the mixture into the molding foaming machine.
