▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cellulose plastic/graphene aerogels composite comprises 1-20 wt.% graphene aerogels, 80-99 wt.% cellulose. The dissolved solution of cellulose is composed of sodium hydroxide and urea. USE - Cellulose plastic/graphene aerogels composite. ADVANTAGE - The cellulose plastic/graphene aerogels composite is eco-friendly, and has high hardness and improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cellulose plastic/graphene aerogels composite, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide using Hummer method; (B) dispersing graphene oxide in water; (C) configuring forming graphene oxide dispersion liquid with concentration of 2 mg/ml to 10 mg/ml; (D) keeping graphene oxide dispersion liquid in a high pressure kettle; (E) reacting the obtained mixture at 100-500 degrees C for 1-48 hours; (F) cooling the obtained mixture to obtain hydrogel; (G) freezing hydrogel for 48 hours obtaining graphene gas gel; (H) dissolving 5-9g sodium hydroxide and 9-14g urea in 100g distilled water, obtaining cellulose solution; (I) adding 1-15g cellulose in the obtained mixture; (J) freezing the obtained mixture at minus 10 to minus 12 degrees C, obtaining cellulose solution with concentration of 1-15 wt.%; (K) putting the obtained product in a vacuum tank for 1-24 hours; (L) standing the obtained mixture for 1-48 hours under room temperature; (M) cleaning the obtained product for 1-72 hours; and (N) pressing the obtained product at 50-200 degrees C for 1-72 hours.
