▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Two dimensional sheet type molybdenum disulfide-graphene nano composite material is claimed. The composite material is compounded by reducing graphene oxide and two-dimensional sheet type molybdenum disulfide, vertically and uniformly growing sheet type molybdenum disulfide on the graphene nano-sheets and crosslinking in their surface on open space. USE - The material is useful in the lithium-ion battery and other energy fields. ADVANTAGE - The synthesis is simple and controllable; and the material has uniform morphology and high load rate, good reproducibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing two dimensional sheet type molybdenum disulfide-graphene nano composite material comprising (i) adding fumed graphene into deionized water to obtain solution having concentration of 0.0417-0.0833 mol/l, (ii) adding Polyethylenimine into deionized water to obtain solution having concentration of 0.286-0.491 mmol/l, (iii) mixing the mixture obtained in step (i) and step (ii) and stirring for 0.5-1 hours, then adding sodium molybdate, uniformly stirring after adding thiourea, stirring for 1-2 hours, where the mole ratio of graphene oxide, polyethyleneimine, sodium molybdate and thiourea is 1.35-2.69:0.0050-0.0079:1:4.24, (iv) reacting the mixed solution obtained in step (iii) at 180-220 degrees C for 12-24 hours, centrifuging the product and washing repeatedly with deionized water and ethanol, drying under nitrogen atmosphere and calcining at 600-800 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain final product.
