▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Supported diatomic catalyst, comprises an active component and a carrier, where the active component is composed of noble metal and non-noble metal, and the noble metals and non-noble metals are dispersed on the surface of the carrier in a diatomic structure. USE - The supported diatomic catalyst is useful in selective hydrogenation of aromatic nitro compounds (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The supported diatomic catalyst: has high selectivity in hydrogenation reaction of aromatic nitro compounds through the synergistic effect of noble metal sites and non-noble metal sites; and has simple preparation process with suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing supported diatomic catalyst, comprising (i) preparing non-noble metal precursor solution and noble metal precursor solution, (ii) mixing the non-noble metal precursor solution obtained in step (i) with carrier, stirring, drying and carrying out heat treatment to obtain non-noble metal catalyst precursor, and (iii) mixing the noble metal precursor solution obtained in step (i) with the non-noble metal catalyst precursor obtained in step (ii), stirring, drying and carrying out heat treatment to obtain final product; and Use of supported diatomic catalyst in selective hydrogenation reaction of aromatic nitro compounds, comprising mixing substrate with solvent to obtain reaction solution, adding supported diatomic catalyst and carrying out catalytic reaction in a closed high-pressure reactor, where the hydrogen in reaction kettle has an initial pressure of 1-5 MPa at room temperature, a reaction temperature of 50-150 ℃, and a reaction time of 5-240 minutes.
