NOVELTY - The capacitor has a main body provided with a positive electrode material, a negative electrode material and an electrolyte, where the electrolyte is placed between a positive electrode material and a negative electrode material. The positive and negative electrode materials are adhered with a graphene hydrogel film that is formed on a substrate. The electrolyte is selected as a sulfuric acid-polyvinyl alcohol gel electrolyte, where thickness of the positive and negative electrode material is about 100-200 micrometer. USE - Fully-solid ultra-thin flexible graphene hydrogel ultra capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor can utilize graphene oxide and ascorbic acid as reactant to synthesize graphene hydrogel with porous structure through hydrothermal method and research better condition. The capacitor ensures high performance graphene and graphene composition with flexible structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a fully-solid ultra-thin flexible graphene hydrogel ultra capacitor manufacturing method.
