NOVELTY - Method for preparing waterproof anticorrosive wear-resistant composite material, involves (a) adding polyurea raw materials to acetone solvent, adding modified carbon nanotubes in total amount of polyurea raw materials, bentonite treatment agent to total amount of the polyurea raw materials, uniformly stirring bentonite treatment agent, subsequently adding 1-5 wt.% polyethylene glycol in total amount of polyurea raw materials, and continuously stirring, (b) adding reactant (A) to reactant (B) for mixing to obtain mixture, (c) uniformly mixing silicon oxide, molybdenum disulfide and basalt powder in a weight ratio of 3:2:1, and passing obtained mixture to phenolic resin solution with total amount of silicon oxide being 2-3 times, and (d) uniformly mixing wear-resistant main portion, interface compatibilizer and polyurea material in a weight ratio of 5:1:2, and uniformly stirring. USE - Method for preparing waterproof anticorrosive wear-resistant composite material used for coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares composite material with improved barrier performance, and excellent wear resistance, waterproof and anti-corrosive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing waterproof anticorrosive wear-resistant composite material, involves (a) adding polyurea raw materials to acetone solvent in a weight ratio of 1:4, adding modified carbon nanotubes in total amount of polyurea raw materials, 30-40 wt.% bentonite treatment agent to total amount of the polyurea raw materials, uniformly stirring bentonite treatment agent at a rotating speed of 100-300 rpm for 20-30 minutes, subsequently adding 1-5 wt.% polyethylene glycol in total amount of polyurea raw materials, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain modified polyurea material, (b) adding reactant (A) to reactant (B) for mixing to obtain mixture, (c) uniformly mixing silicon oxide, molybdenum disulfide and basalt powder in a weight ratio of 3:2:1, and passing obtained mixture to phenolic resin solution with total amount of silicon oxide being 2-3 times, where the phenolic resin solution is prepared from phenolic resin and acetone in a weight ratio of 1:5 to obtain wear-resistant main portion, and (d) uniformly mixing wear-resistant main portion, interface compatibilizer and polyurea material in a weight ratio of 5:1:2, and uniformly stirring at a stirring speed of 100-500 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of using waterproof anti-corrosive wear-resistant composite material, involving adding wear-resistant composite material to coating for enhancing waterproof, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant functions of coating.
