NOVELTY - The device has a heat exchange box body structure (1) connected with a heat exchange lower baffle (2). An inner side of the heat exchange box body structure is connected with a heat exchange upper baffle (4). The heat exchange lower baffle is connected with a heat exchange lower graphene plate (3). A lower water tank (8) is formed between the heat exchange lower baffle and the heat exchange box body structure. A middle heat flow passage (7) is formed between the heat exchange lower baffle and the heat exchange upper baffle. An upper water tank (6) is formed between the heat exchange upper baffle and the heat exchange box body structure. USE - Array type hydrophilic graphene-based quick micro cooling device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple and stable structure, small volume, convenient preparation process, and can realize fast cooling and high-efficiency cooling.
