NOVELTY - Preparing oil sludge treatment agent comprises (i) introducing cyclodextrin into modified liquid for modified stirring treatment, sending the nanometer montmorillonite into 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane for low speed stirring, finishing stirring, water washing, drying to obtain the organic nanorubber-keling; (iii) introducing rectorite to the dispersion for stirring and dispersing, stirring, performing ultrasonic treatment ultrasonic power is 200-500 W for 30-40 min, ending the ultrasonic to obtain the hybrid rectorite, (iv) sending hybrid rectorite into the silane coupling agent for ultrasonic dispersing for 20-30 minutes, the ultrasonic power is 100- 500 W, finishing the ultrasonic, heating at 75-85 degreesC, washing and drying; (v) mixing the modified cyclodextrin, organic nano montmorillonite in (ii) and hybrid rectorite of (iv) together, the blending speed is 500-1000 revolutions/minutes, the blending time is 20-30 minutes to obtain the sludge treatment agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing oil sludge treatment agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oil sludge treatment agent comprises (i) introducing cyclodextrin into modified liquid for modified stirring treatment, rotating at speed of 100- 500 revolutions/minutes for 30-40 minutes, modifying at 60-100 degrees Celsius, rotating to the organic agent for high speed stirring for 20-30 minutes, high speed stirring at speed of 600- 1200 revolutions/minutes, stirring to obtain the modified cyclodextrin, (ii) sending the nanometer montmorillonite into 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane for low speed stirring, low speed stirring 50-100 revolutions/minutes, the stirring time is 30-40 minutes, stirring temperature is 50-100degrees Celsius, finishing stirring, water washing, drying to obtain the organic nano rubber-keling; (iii) introducing rectorite to the dispersion for stirring and dispersing, stirring at 70-100degrees Celsius, stirring time is 20-30 minutes, performing ultrasonic treatment ultrasonic power is 200-500 W for 30-40 min, ending the ultrasonic to obtain the hybrid rectorite, (iv) sending hybrid recto rite into the silane coupling agent for ultrasonic dispersing for 20-30 minutes, the ultrasonic power is 100- 500 W, finishing the ultrasonic, heating at 75-85 degreesC, washing and drying; (v) mixing the modified cyclodextrin, organic nano montmorillonite in (ii) and hybrid rectorite of (iv) together, the blending speed is 500-1000 revolutions/minutes, the blending time is 20-30 minutes to obtain the sludge treatment agent.
