NOVELTY - Composite graphene high-strength construction waste cement mortar comprises 12 pts. wt. water, 22 pts. wt. cement, 19.8 pts. wt. recycled fine aggregate, 46.2 pts. wt. standard sand, 0.02 wt.% graphene oxide of the total cement and 0.02 wt.% polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent of the total cement, The fine aggregate is crushed and sieved from construction waste to obtain particles with a particle size between 10 mesh and 60 mesh. USE - Composite graphene high-strength construction waste cement mortar. ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene high-strength construction waste cement mortar has standard compressive strength of 57.6MPa and the flexural strength of 9.03MPa (tested in accordance with GB/T17617-1999 and JGJ/T70-2009). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite graphene high-strength construction waste cement mortar, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material according to the ratio; (B) mixing the recycled fine aggregate and standard sand uniformly to obtain mixture A; (C) adding a small amount of mixing water to the graphene oxide; (D) ultrasonically dispersing uniformly; (E) adding cement, polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and remaining mix; (F) stirring uniformly to obtain mixture B; and (G) mixing mixture A and B to obtain composite graphene high-strength construction waste cement mortar.
