▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/chitosan composite gas gel micro-sphere involves using natural graphite as raw material, adding into the three-mouth flask with 5 g sodium nitrate, 150 mL of 98 wt.% sulfuric acid, placing in ice bath, stirring, adding 15 g potassium permanganate, then heating at 35 degrees C for 6 hours. The 200 mL of water is added, heated at 90 degrees C for 30 minutes, then 40 mL of 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide is added, allowed to stand, centrifugal washed with water to neutral and freeze-dried to obtain the graphene oxide slurry. The slurry is dispersed in de-ionized water. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/chitosan composite gas gel micro-sphere (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide/chitosan composite gas gel micro-sphere which has broad spectrum and high adsorption capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide/chitosan composite gas gel micro-sphere involves using natural graphite as raw material, adding into the three-mouth flask with 5 g sodium nitrate, 150 mL of 98 wt.% sulfuric acid, placing in ice bath, stirring, adding 15 g potassium permanganate, then heating at 35 degrees C for 6 hours. The 200 mL of water is added, heated at 90 degrees C for 30 minutes, then 40 mL of 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide is added, allowed to stand, centrifugal washed with water to neutral and freeze-dried to obtain the graphene oxide slurry. The slurry is dispersed in de-ionized water, and ultrasonically treated for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion. The graphene oxide dispersion solution and chitosan solution are mixed according to mass ratio of 10:0.5-10:5 to obtain the composite dispersion of graphene oxide and chitosan. The dispersion is placed in an electrostatic spray device, at voltage of 17 kiloVolts and needle distance collecting liquid level of 10 cm, where the collecting liquid is cooled to 80 degrees C liquid nitrogen n-hexane, and subjected to ice-collecting filtering to remove the n-hexane. The obtained microspheres are freeze-dried at temperature of (-)50 degrees C and pressure of 50 Pascal to obtain the graphene oxide/chitosan composite gas gel micro-sphere.
