NOVELTY - Composition comprises 100 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 20-50 pts. wt. ethylene acrylic ester rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. spray carbon black, 5-15 pts. wt. heat-conducting and filling material, 5-10 pts. wt. heat-conducting framework material, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 5-15 pts. wt. acid absorbing agent. USE - The composition is useful for in high-speed oil seal of new energy vehicle electric driving system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: has excellent low-temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composition, comprising (i) uniformly dissolving silane coupling agent in ethanol or isopropanol to form a silane coupling agent alcohol solution, (ii) adding heat-conducting and filling material and heat-conducting framework material into water for mixing to form an aqueous dispersion, (iii) uniformly mixing the liquid obtained in the steps (i) and (ii), fully reacting silane coupling agent and heat-conducting material, and grafting to obtain a modified aqueous dispersion, (iv) dissolving fluorine rubber and ethylene acrylic ester rubber in a solvent to obtain rubber glue solution, (v) mixing the modified aqueous dispersion obtained in the step (iii) with the rubber glue solution obtained in the step (iv) under room temperature conditions, and then drying to obtain a rubber premix, (vi) adding rubber premix obtained in the step (v) into the mixer, adding acid absorbing agent and carbon black successively at specific temperature and uniformly stirring, then adding vulcanizing agent and crosslinking agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a rubber composition, and (vii) placing rubber composition obtained in the step (vi) into a mold, heating to 160-190°C for 1-3 hours, then heating to 200-230°C for 2-5 hours to obtain the finished product.
