NOVELTY - Fast heating and antibacterial far-infrared fabric comprises zinc oxide, cuprous oxide, obsidian, graphene and fibers. The preparation method of the far-infrared fabric comprises (i) taking propylene glycol, obsidian powder and graphene powder, using sodium silicate and sodium lauryl sulfate as dispersing auxiliary agent, uniformly dispersing, uniformly mixing slurry with polyester resin, concentrating, melting and granulating, (ii) mixing polyester masterbatch, nylon 6 masterbatch and uniformly drying, adding modified antibacterial granules, functional masterbatch, uniformly mixing, melting, extruding and granulating, and granulating into far-infrared fibers by melt spinning technology, and (iii) mixing and twisting prepared far-infrared fiber, Spandex(Synthetic fiber) fiber and bamboo charcoal fiber, heat-setting, weaving fiber after heat setting into one layer of fabric, and compounding with another layer of fabric that airgel fiber is woven into. USE - The fabric is useful in textile product manufacturing technology field, flexible electronic and transparent optical fields for keeping warm, absorbing moisture and ventilating. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent heat preservation and antibacterial effect, and the active substance is firmly combined. The gas gel fiber fabric has the function of keeping warm, absorbing moisture and ventilating. The fabric is suitable for preparation of thermal clothes, and fast heating effect is good.
