NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly household rubber material comprises cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, vinyl bis(stearamide), ammonium polyphosphate, trimethylolpropane, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, graphene, sodium borohydride, P-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite, styrene, potassium persulfate, hydrazine hydrate, butadiene rubber, sulfur, polybutylene terephthalate, terpineol, oxidized polyethylene wax, accelerating agent, aluminum nitride, ammonium fluorozirconate and 8-hydroxyquinoline. USE - Environmentally-friendly household rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The non toxic environmentally-friendly household rubber material has excellent flame retardance and waterproof performance and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally-friendly household rubber material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. vinyl bis(stearamide), 4-5 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1.7-2 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 4-5 pts. wt. N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 3-4 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 14-20 pts. wt. 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrite, 43-50 pts. wt. styrene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 210-300 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 1.9-2 pts. wt. sulfur, 24-30 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 3-4 pts. wt. terpineol, 7-9 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 3-4 pts. wt. ammonium fluorozirconate and 2-3 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly household rubber material, which involves (1) adding graphene to deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 27-30 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, (2) adding cetyltrimethylammonium chloride to deionized water, stirring, adding ammonium polyphosphate, heating at 60-70 degrees C for 4-5 minutes to obtain ammonium polyphosphate dispersion, (3) adding sodium borohydride to water, stirring evenly, dripping aqueous sodium carbonate solution, adjusting pH to 9-10, mixing with graphene suspension, heating at 80-86 degrees C for 60-70 minutes, cooling to room temperature, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes to obtain pre-reduced graphene, (4) adding sodium nitrite to water, cooling to 2-3 degrees C, adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, mixing in ice bath, stirring for 30-40 minutes, discharging, dripping prereduced graphene, stirring at room temperature for 100-120 minutes, adding ammonium polyphosphate dispersion, stirring evenly to obtain sulfonated graphene, (5) adding trimethylolpropane to terpineol, stirring uniformly to obtain alkanol solution, (6) adding 8-hydroxyquinoline to anhydrous ethanol, heating at 90-96 degrees C in water bath, adding oxidized polyethylene wax, warming for 20-30 minutes, discharging, mixing with alkanol solution, stirring at 100-200 rpm for 10-18 minutes to obtain modified alcohol, (7) adding sulfonated graphene, styrene and modified alcohol solution, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes, adding potassium persulfate, stirring evenly, introducing nitrogen, stirring at 70-76 degrees C for 6-7 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating at 80-85 degrees C, insulating for 20-25 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, feeding the precipitate into blast oven, drying completely, discharging to obtain polystyrene graphene composites, (8) adding N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, polystyrene graphene composite, butadiene rubber, polybutylene terephthalate, aluminum nitride and ammonium fluorozirconate, mixing at 46-50 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, adding the remaining raw materials, mixing for 4-6 minutes, placing the resulting kneaded rubber in a two-roll mill, milling at 30-40 degrees C for 6-10 minutes, discharging, leaving still at room temperature for 20-25 hours and vulcanizing at 150-155 degrees C to obtain final product.
