NOVELTY - Preparation of low temperature resistant graphene composite material comprises weighing 100 pts. wt. graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 5-15 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silver powder, 0.5-4.5 pts. wt. sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, 15-25 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. nylon, 15-35 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 11-15 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 16-20 pts. wt. polyamide ether, 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 40-80 pts. wt. talc powder, 60-80 pts. wt. ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), 5-25 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer (POE) and 3-7 pts. wt. antioxidant, grinding graphite, nano titanium dioxide and aluminum hydroxide, sieving, drying, mixing sodium polyacrylate, gypsum powder, nano silver powder and polyacrylonitrile fiber, adding nylon, polyamide ether, talc powder and UHMWPE, heating, mixing, performing melt plasticization, granulating, extruding, adding remaining raw materials, mixing, solidifying, cooling and curing. USE - Method of preparing low temperature resistant graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, low cost, shore hardness of 85-105, elongation at break up to 250-450%, tensile strength of 140-180 MPa, good compression, high energy density, bending strength of 150-190 MPa, good electrical conductivity, high energy efficiency, good thermal conductivity and simple process and is convenient to use.
