▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing a high-strength and high thermal conductivity heat dissipation component involves preparing a mixture by mixing a carbon material composition comprising a first carbon powder and a second carbon powder in a binder pitch. A molded product is prepared by hot molding after putting the mixture into a mold. The carbide is produced by pressurizing the molded product. A graphite block is produced by graphitizing the carbide, where the size of the first carbon powder is 1-10 mu m and the size of the second carbon powder is 300-600 mu m. The particle size of the carbon material composition comprises bimodal distribution so that pores of the graphite block are minimized by increasing the packing density of the first carbon powder and the second carbon powder in the graphite block. USE - Method for producing high strength and high thermal conductive heat dissipation component using a carbon material composition. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing heat dissipation component having excellent strength and thermal conductivity.
