NOVELTY - A mosquito and insect repellent PVC composite material comprises 160-200 pts. wt. wood flour, 30-50 pts. wt. mosquito and insect repellent extract, 20-40 pts. wt. nano graphene, 100-120 pts. wt. vinyl chloride monomer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. initiator, 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate, 10-30 pts. wt. solubilizer, 10-20 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 10-20 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 60-100 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 120-150 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, and 400-500 pts. wt. water. USE - Mosquito and insect repellent PVC composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical properties and is prepared by a process suitable for large-scale industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the PVC composite material, which involves (1) adding water, vinyl chloride monomer, initiator, plasticizer and ammonium bicarbonate to the reaction kettle and stirring for 15-30 minutes, heating to 40-45 degrees C for 30-50 minutes, adding solubilizer, dicumyl peroxide, maleic anhydride, KH550 (RTM: 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), chlorinated paraffin, high density polyethylene, stirring for 10-20 minutes, passing nitrogen to drive oxygen for 5 minutes, obtaining impregnating solution, (2) drying the wood flour and adding nano-graphene to the mold, performing 0.5-1 MPa compression molding, obtaining board, (3) immersing the board in immersion liquid, heating to 55-60 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, taking out and irradiating with cobalt-60 for 5-10 minutes, placing in an oven at 70-80 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, obtaining prefabricated blanks, (4) adding mosquito and insect repellent extract to chlorinated paraffin and heating to 30 degrees C, stirring and dissolving, immersing the prefabricated board, evacuating with a vacuum pump for 10-20 minutes, taking out and placing in a 30 degrees C oven for 4-8 hours, and performing 8-12MPa compression molding.
