NOVELTY - Foaming material comprises 50 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, 5 pts. wt. styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) resin, 5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2 pts. wt. foaming agent and 2 pts. wt. blending agent. USE - Used as foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The material has slow resilience and good antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the foaming material comprising (i) adding the EVA resin into the internal mixer, starting the mixer to stir to a temperature of 110 plus minus 3 degrees C, holding for 6 minutes, adding SEBS resin, modified graphene, stearic acid, antibacterial agent, crosslinking agent, foaming agent and blending agent and kneading to 123 plus minus 3 degrees C, holding for 8 minutes, increasing the mixing temperature once for every 2 degrees C, and pouring the material when the mixing temperature is 135 degrees C; (ii) using the first open mill has a thick pass 2 times, the second open mill has a two-roller pitch of 1.8 mm and a thin pack of 3 times and the third open mill has a roll spacing of 1.5 mm sheet; and (iii) filming, vulcanizing, and lower molding.
