▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal-based graphene oxide antibacterial coating involves (a) providing a conductive workpiece cathode substrate, (b) dispersing graphene oxide powder and sodium dodecyl sulfate into distilled water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid after ultrasonic oscillation treatment, (c) dissolving iron magnetic particles into a metal ion plating solution, (d) uniformly dispersing the iron magnetic particle, (e) slowly adding the graphene oxide dispersing liquid obtained in step (f) to the electroplating solution in step(g) and allowing to stand, (g) clamping the cathode base on the spraying electrodeposition working table, (h) electrifying and depositing, (i) adding the composite plating liquid to the magnetic field auxiliary spraying electric deposition device water bath groove, and (j) soaking the coating in distilled water for 30 minutes, repeatedly washing with distilled water, and removing the plating. USE - The coating is useful in public health field and engineering protection field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare metal-based graphene oxide antibacterial coating, which has high-flux, and improves the antibacterial property of the metal plating layer, and does not need modification of external antibacterial agent, and has high reliability.
