EVA, 20-40 pts. wt. polyurethane, 1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 4-8 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. zinc stearate. USE - EVA modified polyurethane composite shoe material. ADVANTAGE - The EVA modified polyurethane composite shoe material has good foaming effect, high foaming efficiency, uniform bubble hole, small and compact, light weight, excellent tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, peel strength and antibacterial property, can satisfy the requirement of the mechanical property of the material when used as sole material DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a EVA modified polyurethane composite shoe material, involving: a. adding the EVA powder, polyurethane and thermoplastic elastomer into the reaction device, heating to 80-80 degrees centigrade and keeping the temperature for 3-5h, cooling to 40-50 degrees centigrade and then adding the chain extender, nucleating agent and zinc stearate; b. mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the mixture A for further use; c. adding antibacterial agent and graphene into the reaction device; d. heating to 40-60 degrees centigrade and stirring for 40-80 min at the speed of 300-400 r/min to obtain the mixture B for further use; e. adding the mixture B into the mixture A; f. heating to 60-80 degrees centigrade; g. stirring uniformly, adding in the mixer and keeping the normal pressure and raising the temperature to 90-100 degrees centigrade, banburying for 30-50 min to obtain the mixture C for further use; h. putting the mixture C into an upper spiral; i. mixing machine for extruding granulating obtaining the EVA modified polyurethane composite shoe material, the extruding temperature is 100-140 degrees centigrade, and the rotating speed of the screw is 50-60 r/min.
