▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing piezoelectric polymer-based foam comprises (1) uniformly mixing piezoelectric polymer pellets with piezoelectric ceramics, modifier, and solvent to form a mixed solution; (2) placing the mixed solution in the mold for directional freezing; and (3) placing molded sample in strong polar solvent for solvent exchange and drying to obtain the product. USE - The piezoelectric polymer-based foam is useful for developing smart electronic devices that acquire human physiological signals and collect mechanical energy, e.g. electronic skin, implantable wear-resistant devices, flexible stress sensors and so on for human body detection and smart sensing fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: combines directional freezing and solvent exchange to realize the piezoelectric polymer-based foam with oriented pore structure, and improves piezoelectric sensing performance and electromechanical conversion efficiency of piezoelectric materials. The piezoelectric polymer-based foam: has oriented pore structure.
