NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises aluminum as matrix, graphene, silicon, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, and iron with 0.3-2 mm thickness. USE - Graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material used for high-speed train box. ADVANTAGE - The material has high tensile strength, high elastic modulus, and reduction target of 5.8%. The method saves cost, reduces processing steps and shortens the production period, and has simple technical process and stable technical parameter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprising weighing aluminum powder, graphite, aluminum, silicon, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, and iron; putting materials into ball mill, ball milling, mixing, and introducing liquid nitrogen; vacuum hot pressing to obtain graphene-reinforced aluminum-base composite material blank; milling and cleaning blank, and isothermal rolling into belt roll; four-roller cold-rolling and straightening to obtain strip coil; and uncoiling railway vehicle body strip coil, straightening, cutting, striping and cutting.
