NOVELTY - Graphene lubrication improving additive comprises 6-8 %mass modified graphene oxide, 3-5 %mass dispersant, 87-92 %mass lubricating oil, and the total content of each raw material is 100 %mass, where the dispersant includes 12-45 %mass polyisobutylene-poly-succinimide, 4-36 %mass 4,4-thiobis(2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol), 7-15 %mass heavy alkylbenzene synthetic oil and 13-34 %mass polyisobutylene-mono-succinimide. USE - As graphene lubrication improving additive. ADVANTAGE - The additive has high-performance, and stably disperses graphene within the shelf life without precipitation and stratification, and the graphene lubricating oil composition of the additive has excellent dispersion stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPEDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation process of the additive, involving (a) centrifuging the graphene oxide at a low speed to take the upper layer liquid, and performing low-temperature drying treatment to obtain graphene oxide powder, (b) forming the graphene oxide powder and sodium chloride crystals into a mixed solution, drying, carbonizing, adding water, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging and washing, and finally drying into graphene nano-sheet powder, (c) adding the graphene nano-sheet powder to the sulfuric acid-nitric acid mixed acid system by performing ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, (d) mixing the modified graphene oxide and the dispersant into the lubricating oil to form a graphene lubrication, improving additive slurry, and (e) performing grinding and packaging processing to obtain graphene lubrication improving additives.
