USE - Preparation of non-centrosymmetric nano-graphene molecules used as electron transport layer material for preparing organic electroluminescent device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, easy and economical, and effectively produces non-centrosymmetric nano-graphene with unique structure, and excellent photoelectric property and electron transport property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of non-centrosymmetric nano-graphene molecules involves reacting 3,7,10-tris(trimethylsilyl)-2,6,11-tris(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)triphenylene of formula (I) with different diene compounds. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for organic electroluminescent device, which comprises substrate, anode layer, cathode layer, and at least one organic functional layer between the anode layer and the cathode layer. The organic functional layer comprises hole injection layer, hole transport layer, organic light-emitting layer, electron transport layer comprising the non-centrosymmetric nano-graphene molecules, sand electron injection layer.
