▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high aspect ratio copper nanowire/graphene complex comprises reacting graphene with an alkali solution to obtain graphene containing hydroxy functional groups, adding copper chloride to oleylamine, stirring at room temperature to obtain a precursor solution, mixing and reacting graphene containing hydroxy functional groups with a precursor solution, and separating to obtain the ultra-high aspect ratio copper nanowire/ graphene complex. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-high aspect ratio copper nanowire/graphene complex. ADVANTAGE - The copper nanowire/graphene complex: has good stability and conductivity and square resistance of the thin-film electrode to less than 0.026 Omega /sq, which does not change when it is placed at room temperature for 30 days. The method is simple and easy to implement, and can achieve large-scale preparation.
