▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene heat-dissipating coating comprises 30-80 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 5-35 pts. wt. adhesive and 15-35 pts. wt. diluent. The graphene slurry includes 5-50 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-10 pts. wt. surface treatment agent and 40-94 pts. wt. solvent. The graphene has a particle size of 0.05-50 mu m. The adhesive is acrylic resin, epoxy resin and/or silicone resin. The diluent is ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate and/ or butyl acetate. USE - Graphene heat-dissipating coating for radiator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) heat-dissipating coating of radiator, which comprises a bottom layer and an upper layer covering the bottom layer. The bottom layer is formed by coating the graphene heat-dissipating coating. The upper layer is made by spraying the upper layer paint consisting of 10-40 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 10-40 pts. wt. boron nitride slurry, 5-20 pts. wt. adhesive and 15-60 pts. wt. diluent. The adhesive is acrylic resin, epoxy resin and/or silicone resin. The diluent is ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate and/or butyl acetate; and (2) method of manufacturing heat-dissipating coating of radiator, which involves applying graphene heat-dissipating paint to bottom layer of heat sink at a pressure of 4-6 kgf/cm2 with thickness of bottom layer of less than or equal to 30 mu m, and baking at 110-130 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, then cooling to room temperature, spraying the surface of bottom layer with upper layer paint at a pressure of 4-6 kgf/cm2 with thickness of less than or equal to 30 mu m, and baking at 110-130 degrees C for 30-60 minutes.
