NOVELTY - A polyurethane composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. composite filler, 1-5 pts. wt. functional material, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pt. wt. photostabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The functional material contains nano silver/titania antibacterial material and multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide material. The composite filler is composed of graphene/silica composite filler and graphene/calcium carbonate composite filler, in a weight ratio of 3:2. USE - Polyurethane composite material is used for three-dimensional printer. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane composite material has excellent adsorption property, slow release effect of diatomaceous earth, antibacterial effect, aldehyde-removal effect, flexibility and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyurethane composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. composite filler, 1-5 pts. wt. functional material, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pt. wt. photostabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The functional material contains nano silver/titania antibacterial material and multi-walled carbon nanotube/nano-zinc oxide material. The composite filler is composed of graphene/silica composite filler and graphene/calcium carbonate composite filler, in a weight ratio of 3:2. Also claimed is manufacture of polyurethane composite material which involves crushing polyurethane raw material to 300 mesh powder, dispersing the powder in purified water, ultrasonically-treating for 1 hour, washing, drying to obtain pretreated polyurethane, ultrasonically-stirring graphene/silica composite filler, dispersing in purified water to obtain dispersion liquid (a), ultrasonically-stirring graphene/calcium carbonate composite filler, dispersing in purified water to obtain dispersion (b), mixing the pretreated polyurethane in an organic solvent to obtain polyurethane solution, adding the dispersion (a) and the dispersion (b), ultrasonically-stirring for 30-60 minutes, spray-drying the polyurethane mixture to obtain polyurethane masterbatch (a), ultrasonically-dispersing the functional material in purified water, heating, adding pretreated polyurethane and organic solvent, ultrasonically-processing for 30-60 minutes, spray-drying to obtain polyurethane masterbatch (b), mixing masterbatch (a), masterbatch (b), photostabilizer, coupling agent, leveling agent, lubricant and antioxidant, mechanically-grinding in mill, pulverizing to obtain a polyurethane composite powder having an average particle diameter of 30-40 mu m, extruding the mixture at 95 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling, and winding.
