NOVELTY - Graphene modified water-film anticorrosive resin comprises 5-10 wt.% graphene dispersion, 30-38 wt.% deionized water, 26-33 wt.% vegetable oil fatty acids, 9-15 wt.% pentaerythritol, 9.5-16 wt.% phthalic anhydride, 0.03-0.1 wt.% antioxidant, 2-3.62 wt.% emulsifier and 0.3-0.47 wt.% pH regulator. USE - The resin is useful for preparing steel structure anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin: has excellent water resistance, weather resistance, stable performance, high hardness of paint film and excellent combination property of anti-corrosion resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene modified water-film anticorrosive resin comprising (i) adding vegetable oil fatty acid, pentaerythritol, phthalic anhydride, antioxidant into the reaction vessel and stirring at low speed, (ii) heating at 150-160 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then heating at 230-240 degrees C at a rate of 10-15 degrees C/hour, stirring at low speed, heating, drying until the acid price reduce to below 12 mg KOH/g, qualifying viscosity and cooling to 60-70 degrees C, and (iii) adding emulsifier into the above reaction vessel, stirring at medium speed, adding graphene dispersion and partially deionized water for 1-3 hours, stirring at low speed, adjusting the emulsion to weakly alkaline with a pH regulator, stirring, adding remaining deionized water and then stirring at low speed to obtain final product; and (2) anticorrosive paint comprising 42-52 wt.% graphene-modified water-film anticorrosive resin emulsion, 15-25 wt.% deionized water, 0.05-0.3 wt.% dispersant, 0.05-0.2 wt.% leveling agent, 0.05-0.2 wt.% RS preservative, 0.05-0.3 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1.5-2.2 wt.% film forming aid, 0.2-0.5 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 8-12 wt.% pigment, 15-25 wt.% filler and 0.1-0.5 wt.% pH regulator.
