NOVELTY - The electronic device comprises a device-substrate (10), a stacked structure (50) including a sheet-shaped graphene thin film (30) between a first insulator and a second insulator, an electrode over the stacked structure and the second insulator, a bottom electrode (15) between the device-substrate and the stacked structure, and a source and a drain between the device-substrate and the stacked structure. The graphene thin film is formed through graphene deposition using a vapor carbon supply source. The first insulator is placed over the device-substrate. USE - Used as an electronic device such as light emitting device, solar cell, photodetectors, organic bistable memory device, flash memory device and disk-type memory device. ADVANTAGE - The electronic device can be economically and efficiently manufactured with increased electrical characteristics, improved reliability, yield and durability and high capacity in less number of steps.
