▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reagent comprises a glycosyl-functionalized graphene quantum dot solution obtained by adding dicyclohexylcarbodiimide catalyst to an aqueous solution of graphene quantum dot nanomaterial and activating for 10 minutes to 1 hour, dripping an aqueous solution of glycosyl compound molecule, heating in a water bath to 35-60°C for 0.5-10 hours, stirring in a dark for 3-48 hours, and dialyzing the obtained product for three days with a dialysis bag with a molecular weight of 1000 Da to obtain glycosyl-functionalized graphene quantum dot-modified nanomaterial. USE - Reagent is used for rapidly detecting lactose (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glycosyl-functionalized graphene-containing quantum dot has multi-electron characteristics, good water dispersibility, excellent biocompatibility, strong luminous property and high quantum efficiency. The reagent has high selectivity and sensitivity to lactose. The synthesis method of glycosyl-functionalized graphene quantum dot solution is simple under mild condition, and the product is easy to obtain. The lactose can be quickly detected using the glycosyl-functionalized graphene quantum dot solution reagent in the normal temperature water solution environment, with strong practicability and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of rapidly detecting lactose.
