▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based electromagnetic shielding material comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide powder into distilled water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion; (ii) transferring the graphene oxide dispersion to a hydrothermal reaction kettle, heating for a specific time, and taking out to obtain a graphene oxide hydrogel; (iii) immersing and washing graphene oxide hydrogel with an ethanol solution and and freeze-drying at a low temperature in a lyophilizer to obtain a graphene oxide aerogel; (iv) heating the graphene oxide aerogel in a tubular resistance furnace to a high temperature under an inert atmosphere, heat preserving for a specific time, cooling the tube-type electric resistance furnace to room temperature, and taking out sample to obtain a reduced graphene oxide aerogel; and (v) placing reduced graphene oxide aerogel in a mold, and pressing by a press. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The material realizes a transition from a absorbing function to a shielding function by applying pressure and expands through a high temperature in an inert atmosphere to realize a transition from a shielding function to an absorbing function.
